Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of property leasing experience.
• Minimum 3 years in property management or operations.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Experience with YARDI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff recruitment, training, coaching, and performance evaluations up to termination.
• Liaise with government entities as needed.
• Oversee daily operations of a multi-family housing property.
• Manage budget and maximize cash flow after debt service.
• Lead marketing and resident relations to achieve occupancy goals.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and property standards across the community.
• Coordinate maintenance and vendor relationships to meet standards.
