Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, English, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in communications, project coordination, program management, operations, or a related role.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with ability to translate complex topics into clear messaging.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams, prioritizing, and delivering under tight timelines.
• Cross-functional collaboration with product, legal, security, policy, and agency partners.
• Familiarity with the U.S. media landscape and earned media basics.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate cross-functional comms plans, timelines, and approvals.
• Own content operations: calendars, assets, and consistency across channels.
• Coordinate stakeholders and vendors to deliver high-quality materials on schedule.
• Uphold governance: route reviews, compliance, and documentation.
• Track OKRs and report progress; surface risks and mitigate.
• Lead launch readiness across pre, during, and post-launch phases.
• Support executive and internal communications with clear briefs.
• Improve tools, templates, and SOPs to streamline workflows.
• Enable partners with concise materials and guidance.
• Manage internal and external events including all-hands and media opportunities.
