Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in communications or related field.
• 5+ years in external or product communications, consumer tech or fast-paced media.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated U.S. product communications strategies for awareness and adoption.
• Partner with product managers early in development to shape features and messaging.
• Lead communications risk management for product launches with proactive mitigation.
• Own evergreen storytelling highlighting tools, features, and capabilities for U.S. creators and businesses.
• Draft and refine media pitches, press releases, explainers, blog posts, Q&As and launch toolkits with attention to detail.
• Build strong relationships with consumer and tech journalists as a proactive media partner.
• Manage content review workflows to ensure accurate, consistent messaging across channels.
