Job summary

TikTok USDS Joint Venture seeks a Technical Program Manager to join the Tech and Product PMO in San Jose. You’ll drive end-to-end delivery of new products, collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales, and own cross-team programs to achieve high-quality experiences and strong user privacy.

Lead roadmap creation, develop scalable processes, and mentor team members across time zones to deliver results in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in CS/Engineering/IT or related field.
• Min 3 years in project/program management or software leadership.
• Experience leading Agile processes and coordinating releases.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery with cross-functional teams in US and Mandarin-speaking regions.
• Manage complex programs and lead all delivery aspects.
• Create and maintain team roadmaps with Tech/Product leads.
• Drive process improvements in a data-driven way.
• Prepare schedules, milestones, and collaboration ownership.
• Track progress, mitigate risks, and remove blockers.
• Ensure smooth product releases and mentor team members.
