Koniag Emerging Technology (KET) is seeking a Strategic Communications Lead with a Secret clearance to advance user adoption of our government-facing applications. The role is remote with a preference for the Washington DC area, collaborating with development teams, product owners, and government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in strategic communications, change management, or user adoption roles in tech/government.
• Experience developing and executing communications strategies for technical products or platforms.
• Experience briefing senior leadership and government stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategic communications plans for application rollouts and adoption.
• Learn application functions to present to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Create communications materials: presentations, newsletters, talking points, FAQs, training aids, release notes.
• Translate progress and product capabilities into clear messaging for leadership.
