Koniag Data Solutions, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, seeks a Strategic Communications Specialist with a Secret clearance to support the Pentagon program in Arlington, VA. The role covers digital content development, communications planning, and senior-leader support across web and media channels.

Responsibilities include creating materials, coordinating with SMEs, and ensuring accurate, timely communications per policies.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Communications, Computer Science, or related field and at least four years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree and six years of experience.

Responsibilities

Provide ongoing strategic digital counsel with internal teams.
Develop communications plans, campaigns, schedules, and audience segmentation.
Create communications materials including graphics, fact sheets, logos, and related products.
Prepare briefing materials for senior leaders (PowerPoint).
Coordinate with subject-matter experts across government offices and stakeholders.
Conduct research using authoritative sources to inform content.
Revise materials based on leadership feedback for accuracy and timeliness.
Prepare materials for public release and clearance per policies.
Draft responses to media inquiries with clarity and coordination.
