Job summary

Amcor in North America is seeking a Sr Communications Manager to lead internal and external communications for the North American Flexibles team. You will shape strategy, partner with senior leaders, and drive multichannel campaigns that engage employees and bolster Amcor’s brand.

You will manage intranet and town halls, deliver executive messaging, support media outreach, and ensure brand consistency across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in liberal arts, communications or journalism.
• Minimum seven years’ experience as a corporate communicator.
• Media and public relations experience.
• Experience with internal communication platforms and digital tools.
• Ability to manage complex projects with tight deadlines.
• Experience with executive communications and media outreach.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal communications ecosystems (intranet, town halls, announcements).
• Develop end-to-end communications strategy and campaigns for various projects and programs.
• Roll out internal tools to improve employee engagement and change communications.
• Advise senior leadership on messaging, timing and campaign strategy.
• Create campaigns to drive adoption and influence behaviors.
• Provide support for external communications and media outreach.
• Align communications with corporate brand standards.
• Analyze performance and optimize channels.
