Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Senior Communications Manager to drive multi-channel internal and external communications for North American Flexibles. You will partner with senior leadership to build trust, engagement, and brand across employee and external audiences, leading campaigns and managing tools, content, and processes with a focus on change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in liberal arts, communications or journalism.
• Minimum seven years' experience as a corporate communicator.
• Media and public relations experience.
• Social media experience is a plus.
• Preference for manufacturing sector experience.
• Experience in a large, global company (50,000+ employees) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and evolve internal communications ecosystems (intranet, town halls).
• Develop end-to-end communications strategy and campaigns.
• Roll out new internal tools with a focus on engagement and change comms.
• Advise senior leadership on messaging, timing and campaigns.
• Balance vision with hands-on execution to deliver strategies.
• Define consistent processes to drive alignment and adoption.
• Identify opportunities and stories for high-impact internal campaigns.
• Draft approvals for intranet stories, emails, press releases, executive presentations.
• Help leaders prepare materials for internal and external engagement.
