Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Senior Manager, Communications for Corporate Functions to shape and execute global communications across multi-channel platforms. The role partners with executives and stakeholders to translate complex business topics into clear, engaging messages that support Amcor's growth agenda.

You will lead media engagement, crisis communications and change initiatives, ensuring consistency of messaging and strong leadership alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications or related discipline.
• 8–10 years external and internal communications experience, global or manufacturing background preferred.
• Proven experience in change communications and multi-channel programs.
• Experience advising executives and senior leadership.
• Media engagement and crisis management experience.
• Exceptional copywriting across formats and channels.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Corporate Functions communications, including C-suite, Investor Relations and Sustainability.
• Lead integrated multi-channel communications campaigns and change initiatives.
• Develop executive messaging and materials for leadership alignment.
• Engage with media and manage external partnerships for reputation management.
• Measure effectiveness and provide insights to improve engagement and reach.
• Collaborate with the Global Communications team to ensure consistency of messaging.
