Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Sr. Communications Manager to drive multichannel internal and external communications for North American Flexibles, partnering with senior leaders to shape messaging and campaigns.

The role requires hands-on media relations, executive visibility, and experience with communications technology in a fast-paced corporate environment. You will support the broader global team through events and special initiatives while ensuring brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in liberal arts, communications or journalism.
• Minimum seven years’ experience as a corporate communicator.
• Media and public relations experience.
• Social media experience is a plus.
• Preference for manufacturing sector experience.
• Working at a large, global company with 50,000+ employees is a plus.
• Strong writing/editing skills.
• Ability to independently manage medium to high load/complexity projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and evolve key internal communications ecosystems, including intranet and town halls.
• Develop end-to-end communications strategy and campaigns aligned with leadership messaging.
• Roll out new internal tools and processes for employee engagement.
• Advise senior leadership and business partners on messaging and campaign timing.
• Create adoption-driven communication strategies across functions.
