Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP seeks a Communications Manager, Business Impact Storytelling & Programs in a hybrid role based in Houston, TX / San Jose, CA / Sunnyvale, CA. You will lead strategic storytelling that connects business priorities, innovation, and leadership narratives across a global, matrixed organization.

You will develop multi-quarter communication strategies, deliver high-quality content (articles, videos, presentations, talking points), and advise senior leaders.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in employee or executive communications, PR, journalism, marketing, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Consult, build, and lead communication strategies and storytelling programs that increase internal understanding of business priorities, innovation, and leadership achievements.
• Create high-quality deliverables including articles, videos, presentations, and executive talking points, and publish through our channels.
• Mentor team members and elevate communication quality and program execution across Global Communications.
