Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in executive communications or related fields.
• Proven experience supporting senior executives and leadership teams.
• Excellent writing, editing, and content development skills.
• Experience developing executive messaging and strategic narratives.

Responsibilities

• Advise EO leaders on positioning, thought leadership and narrative development.
• Translate complex topics into clear, compelling leadership content.
• Prepare executive briefings, messages and content for events and media.
• Create multi-channel content including LinkedIn posts, articles and speeches.
• Maintain content calendars and coordinate with stakeholders for consistency.
