Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Spring, Texas, is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Manager for the Networking team. This role focuses on shaping Networking narratives and driving engagement across global teams, with a hybrid work model requiring two days in-office per week.

You will partner with executives and communications colleagues to deliver internal events, content, and measurement programs, aligning activities with business results.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and evaluate programs to inform, engage and inspire HPE Networking team members globally, including all team meetings, internal written communications, visual and video communications, and contribute to networking content at meetings across HPE.
• Drive content for and manage coordination and logistics of internal events such as all team member meetings and AMA sessions.
• Manage HPE Networking Viva Engage channels and periodic email newsletter; drive editorial calendar, seeking ideas and content from across the Networking business; write posts and content when needed; execute on production and posting.
• Act as lead in managing Networking executive communications team’s contribution to cross team efforts like quarterly business reviews, ongoing communications measurement and benchmarking.
• Help drive annual and quarterly planning process for Networking executive communications team.
