Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Manager for the Networking business to strengthen narratives and executive visibility across the organization.

You will partner with the Networking team to craft engaging internal content, manage events, and coordinate cross‑team communications, with a hybrid schedule and reliance on VivaEngage and Teams.

Qualifications

• Strong writing and editing skills with typical peer/manager edits.
• Excellent listening and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational and program-management capabilities.
• Ability to align communications plans with business results.
• Familiarity with communications platforms (VivaEngage, Teams) a plus.
• Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines and stay calm under pressure.
• Ability to interact with all levels, including senior leadership.
• Experience in enterprise technology is preferred.
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to work from home, office, or on the go.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate internal programs to inform and engage networking teams globally.
• Coordinate and logistics for internal events such as all‑hands and AMA sessions.
• Manage VivaEngage channels and newsletters; drive editorial calendar and content creation.
• Lead networking executive communications contributions to cross-team initiatives and reviews.
• Support annual and quarterly planning for Networking executive communications.
