Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Texas is seeking a Communications Manager, HR Communications to join our hybrid workforce. You will translate complex people initiatives into clear messages for global audiences and lead high-visibility internal campaigns across a matrixed organization.

You will partner with HR leaders to shape strategy, drive engagement, and deliver campaigns that connect talent priorities to business outcomes.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in internal communications, employee communications, HR communications, leadership communications, journalism, marketing communications, or a related field.
• Experience supporting HR, culture, or employee engagement communications is a plus.
• Proficient command of English (US), including excellent grammar, composition, editing, and proofreading skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate people-related programs, policies, and priorities into clear, practical messages for global audiences.
• Develop communication strategies for leaders and team members that support HR priorities across talent, performance, and rewards experiences.
• Draft, edit, and coordinate content for multiple internal channels, including email messages, intranet articles, talking points, presentations, social posts, and engagement materials.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to HR teams on communication best practices and strategies.
• Project manage with leadership oversight; lead communications timelines, reviews, and deliverables across stakeholders and program owners.
