Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Communications Manager, HR Communications to join our Hybrid team. You will shape internal messages for HR programs, craft engaging narratives, and partner with HR leaders to reach global audiences.

As part of a world-class Global Communications team, you will drive strategic storytelling, oversee campaigns across channels, and deliver measurable impact while reflecting HPE's brand standards and tone.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in internal HR communications or related field.
• Excellent command of US English grammar, editing, and proofreading.
• Portfolio of writing or communications work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate HR programs, policies, and priorities into clear messages for global audiences.
• Develop audience-based communication strategies for leaders and team members.
• Draft, edit, and coordinate content for emails, intranet articles, talking points, presentations, social posts, and engagement materials.
• Advise HR teams on communication best practices and strategies.
• Manage timelines and deliverables across stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
• Ensure communications are clear, inclusive, and aligned with brand voice and tone.
