Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Communications Manager, HR Communications in the United States. This hybrid role requires you to work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office and to lead high-visibility HR communications programs globally.

You will partner with HR leaders, craft strategic narratives around talent, performance, rewards, and engagement, and manage multi-channel content across intranet, email, and events to drive measurable impact and trust.

Formación

• BA or BS in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in internal communications, employee communications, HR communications, leadership communications, journalism, marketing communications, or a related field.
• Proficient command of English (US), including excellent grammar, composition, editing, and proofreading skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a strategic communications advisor to HR to shape how HPE communicates and amplifies experiences that enable people to do their best work, grow their careers, and thrive.
• Develop audience-based communication strategies for talent, performance, and rewards experiences.
• Draft, edit, and coordinate content for multiple internal channels, including emails, intranet articles, talking points, presentations, social posts, and engagement materials.
• Advise HR teams on communication best practices and strategies.
• Project manage with leadership oversight; manage timelines, reviews, and deliverables across stakeholders.
• Ensure all communications are clear, compelling, inclusive, and aligned with HPE's writing style and brand standards.
• Use engagement data and performance insights to refine communication approaches and strengthen engagement.
