Job summary

Aspida is seeking a Communications Manager who can craft clear, engaging stories across websites, emails, product materials, and thought leadership. You will own Aspida's Resource Center and translate complex retirement products into accessible, audience-focused content.

Reporting to the Director of Communications and based onsite in Durham three days a week, you will collaborate with Marketing, Product, Legal, and Sales to support launches, campaigns, and customer-facing messaging, while

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of professional experience in communications or marketing.
• Exceptional interpersonal, writing, and speaking skills.
• Knowledge of annuity insurance products and industry terminology.
• Ability to create and execute knowledge base articles to foster self-service.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality written content across channels, including website copy, articles, emails, and product materials.
• Own and manage Aspida's Resource Center, ensuring accuracy and alignment with priorities.
• Translate complex financial and technology concepts into clear messaging for diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Digital, Legal, and Compliance.
• Maintain brand voice, messaging standards, and editorial consistency across communications.
