Job summary

Aspirion Health Resources is seeking a Communications & Engagement Manager to shape internal communications, keep teammates informed, and align messaging with our business strategy. You will partner with leadership to drive engagement, recognition, and culture-building initiatives across the organization.

With strong writing and project management skills, you will lead enterprise communications, develop content for Aspirinet, and create engaging experiences that reinforce our culture and values

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, PR, journalism, marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years in internal or employee communications or related field.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience developing executive-level communications.
• Strong project management and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience creating communication plans for organizational initiatives and change management.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communications strategy and calendar.
• Draft and distribute company-wide communications, executive announcements, Town Hall content, and People Team communications.
• Partner with executive leaders to develop messaging that communicates priorities and updates.
• Manage Aspirinet content, resources, and teammate experience.
• Create manager communication toolkits for cross‑department alignment.
• Lead planning for People initiatives including policy updates and engagement surveys.
• Coordinate teammate engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
• Identify and tell stories showcasing teammates, business successes, and milestones.
• Measure effectiveness using engagement data and feedback.
