Job summary

Ascensus is a leading independent technology and service platform powering savings plans across America. This role coordinates and publishes internal and external client communications, and creates an annual communication plan to guide year-round messaging across emails, web content, announcements, and presentations.

The position requires a four-year college degree, CIP/CISP certification, and 2–3 years of technical writing/editing experience, with strong MS Office and PowerPoint skills, plus

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in English/Journalism/Communications/Marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of technical writing, editing, and proofing experience, ideally within the financial services industry.
• Must have CIP or CISP certification.

Responsibilities

• Write, coordinate, schedule, and publish client-facing communications across channels and product offerings.
• Create and maintain an annual detailed communication plan.
• Coordinate and facilitate business and technical review/approval of communications.
• Maintain knowledge and publish content to Content Management Systems, HTML, and Dynamic Content Repositories.
• Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned.
