Job summary

Cisco is seeking a Communications Integration Manager to coordinate internal and external communications for Silicon One, including leadership updates, FAQs, and content publishing. You will maintain repositories, drive editorial governance, and partner with product and marketing teams to improve efficiency.

You will lead a team through the content lifecycle, aligning messaging with business priorities and AI opportunities, while building scalable workflows across channels for global impact.

Qualifications

• Experience managing communications calendars, publishing workflows, stakeholder reviews, or recurring executive and employee communications.
• Experience administering content repositories or knowledge-management systems, including versioning, tagging, archiving, and search or discoverability.
• Previous experience leading a workstream, coordinating professional contributors, or serving as a team lead or supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Silicon One’s thought leadership content strategy—driving alignment to business priorities and AI advancements.
• Develop and execute cross-functional planning functions throughout the year including events, executive communications, and campaigns.
• Shape and strengthen our executive voice through consistent messaging across channels.
• Manage the content creation lifecycle from intake to publishing, coordinating feedback and approvals.
• Partner with product, marketing and broader teams to source inputs and drive planning efficiencies.
• Build scalable, AI-assisted workflows for content operations.
