Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. in Maryland is seeking a Communications Integration Manager to coordinate Silicon One's internal and external communications cadence, manage publishing flow, editorial calendars, and content repositories, and partner with product, marketing, and broader communications teams.

You will drive thought leadership and ensure timely, accurate messaging across channels. You will lead cross-functional planning, shape executive voice, and build scalable workflows that improve quality,

Qualifications

• Experience managing communications calendars, publishing workflows, stakeholder reviews, or recurring executive and employee communications.
• Experience administering content repositories or knowledge-management systems, including versioning, tagging, archiving, and search or discoverability.
• Previous experience leading a workstream, coordinating professional contributors, or serving as a team lead or supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Silicon One's thought leadership content strategy driving alignment to business priorities and AI advancements.
• Develop and execute cross-functional planning functions throughout the year including events, executive communications, and campaigns.
• Bring clarity and cohesion of process to strategic narratives from AI to secure compute.
• Shape and strengthen executive voice through consistent messaging across channels and platforms.
• Manage the content creation lifecycle from intake to publishing and review coordination.
• Partner with product, marketing and broader teams to align inputs and drive planning efficiencies.
