Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Communications Integration Manager to coordinate Silicon One’s internal and external communications cadence, including all-hands, town halls, leadership updates, and customer coordination.

You will build repeatable processes, manage content lifecycles, and partner with product, marketing and broader communications teams to drive alignment and timely messaging across channels.

Qualifications

• Experience managing communications calendars and publishing workflows.
• Experience administering content repositories with versioning, tagging, archiving, and search.
• Experience leading a workstream or supervising a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate thought leadership content strategy aligned to priorities and AI tech.
• Execute cross-functional planning across strategic business, events, exec comms, campaigns.
• Clarify and unify processes for strategic narratives from AI to secure compute.
• Shape executive voice with consistent messaging across channels.
• Manage content lifecycle from intake to publishing.
• Partner with product, marketing and broader communications teams to source inputs and improve efficiency.
