The role focuses on designing change management plans, informing executives, and increasing employee engagement while aligning with company goals. You’ll lead training strategies and stakeholder communications with a focus on clarity and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in corporate communications or related field; alternative: 11+ years with HS diploma/GED.
• Experience leading multi-phase change initiatives with senior stakeholders.
• Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide broad range of communication and change management expertise for strategic projects.
• Develop and implement change management plans to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
• Design executive and internal communications to support company objectives.
• Support delivery of strategic goals through effective communication training and tools.
