Unlock Health seeks a strategic transformation leader to drive complex programs from strategy through execution. You will guide organizational changes, redesign operating models, and foster adoption across teams.

You’ll partner with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies, training, and communications while leveraging data to track sentiment and outcomes. This role blends consulting rigor with healthcare-focused change leadership.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in a management consulting environment focusing on organizational change or workforce transformation.
• Experience with workforce transformation, HR, or organization design.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into practical change programs.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills with executives.
• Ability to manage multi-workstream projects in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Support complex transformation programs from strategy through implementation.
• Translate priorities into practical change plans addressing culture, behaviors, and readiness.
• Develop communications, training, leadership materials, and engagement strategies.
• Manage workstreams, timelines, risks, and stakeholder updates.
• Collaborate across locations and functions to deliver impactful outcomes.
• Use data and insights to measure adoption and optimize programs.
