Luminare Health is seeking a Lead Communications & Change Management Specialist to drive strategic communication and change initiatives across major projects.

The role focuses on designing change management plans, informing executives, and increasing employee engagement while aligning with company goals. You’ll lead training strategies and stakeholder communications with a focus on clarity and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in corporate communications or related field; alternative: 11+ years with HS diploma/GED.
• Experience leading multi-phase change initiatives with senior stakeholders.
• Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills.

Job Summary

The Lead Communications & Change Management Specialist will provide a broad range of communication and change management expertise in support of Luminare Health strategic projects, initiatives, and ongoing business activities. The role requires working with internal clients to support functional and company-wide objectives through clear, informative, and timely executive and internal communications. Additionally, this leader will be responsible for supporting the delivery of strategic goals and objectives through the design, development, and implementation of change management strategies and plans that maximize employee acceptance while minimizing resistance. Specifically, to increase employee understanding of key business initiatives and drive employee engagement.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline and 7 years experience in corporate communications or High School diploma/GED and 11 years experience.
• Experience leading communication initiatives with varying levels of complexity.
• Experience with multiple, concurrent large-scale, multi-phased workplace change efforts.
• Has successfully led the design and implementation of Change Management strategies.
• Experience in influence and relationship management at the senior executive level.
• Strong business acumen in service businesses representing process changes and/or technology changes.
• Possesses knowledge and experience in end-user training strategy.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Knowledge of computer software applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, etc.).
• Experience leading in corporate/internal communications, public relations, or marketing.
• Experience providing communication consultation to a variety of clients, including executive leadership.
• Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in easy-to-understand business terms to all levels of employees, management, including senior leaders.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities with high attention to detail.
• Possesses strong analytical skills and good listening skills, with ability to effectively coach others.

Preferred

• Change management certification preferred.
• Master’s degree in related discipline.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Min to Max Range: $89,500.00 - $168,000.00 Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
