The role requires working with internal clients to support functional and company-wide objectives through clear, informative, and timely executive and internal communications. Additionally, this leader will be responsible for supporting the delivery of strategic goals and objectives through the design, development, and implementation of change management strategies and plans that maximize employee acceptance while minimizing resistance. Specifically, to increase employee understanding of key business initiatives and drive employee engagement.**Minimum Requirements:*** Bachelor’s degree in related discipline and 7 years experience in corporate communications or High School diploma/GED and 11 years experience.* Experience leading communication initiatives with varying levels of complexity* Experience with multiple, concurrent large-scale, multi-phased workplace change efforts* Has successfully led the design and implementation of Change Management strategies.* Experience in influence and relationship management at the senior executive level.* Strong business acumen in service businesses representing process changes and/or technology changes.* Possesses knowledge and experience in end-user training strategy.* Excellent writing and editing skills.* Knowledge of computer software applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, etc.).* Experience leading in corporate/internal communications, public relations, or marketing.* Experience providing communication consultation to a variety of clients, including executive leadership.* Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in easy-to-understand business terms to all levels of employees, management, including senior leaders.* Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities with high attention to detail.* Possesses strong analytical skills and good listening skills, with ability to effectively coach others. **Preferred:*** Change management certification preferred.* Master’s degree in related discipline**Are you being referred to one of our roles?
