Job summary

Luminare Health seeks a Lead Communications & Change Management Specialist to drive communications and change strategies for strategic initiatives. The role partners with executives and internal clients to craft clear, timely communications and to maximize employee engagement.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and extensive experience in corporate communications, with strong writing skills and proficiency in change management practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline with 7 years in corporate communications or High School diploma/GED with 11 years experience.
• Experience leading communication initiatives with varying levels of complexity.
• Experience with large-scale, multi-phased workplace change efforts.
• Knowledge and experience in end-user training strategy.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Experience advising executive leadership and managing relationships at senior levels.

• Design, develop, and implement change management strategies and plans to maximize adoption and minimize resistance.
