Responsibilities

• Lead key communications campaigns that support OIT’s highest-priority change initiatives.
• Design, implement, and execute consistent communication strategies blending clear OIT messaging with customer feedback.
• Promote organization-wide adoption of communication strategies to improve customer understanding and value of OIT services.
• Produce materials connecting OIT innovation, service delivery, and change management.
• Ensure appropriate channels are used to gather feedback and influence perceptions of OIT’s value.
• Coordinate enterprise-wide transition efforts and develop change management plans.
• Facilitate collaboration between OIT sections and agency customer communities.
• Design, deploy, and analyze surveys measuring internal culture and external perspectives.
• Develop messaging for diverse stakeholders using multiple platforms.
• Prepare executive-level, legislative, and public briefings on OIT initiatives and progress.
• Manage content for OIT’s internal and external websites.
• Translate IT concepts for non-technical audiences and support training.
