Job summary

NetImpact Strategies is seeking a Senior Organizational Design and Change Management Strategist to support a large-scale federal modernization program. Based in Alaska, you will lead diagnostic analysis of organizational structures, incentives, and governance to enable strategic change and adoption across multi‑stakeholder environments.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance and FAA suitability determination.
• Advanced Degree pathway requires 10+ years in organizational design/organizational development/change management in large programs.
• Bachelor’s pathway requires 12+ years in similar roles within large programs.
• Specialized pathway requires 12+ years with Alaska aviation experience and related FAA/alaska entities.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead sessions (focus groups/workshops) to surface root‑cause organizational insights guiding change strategy.
• Develop metrics frameworks to track organizational health, adoption progress, and change effectiveness.
• Translate diagnostic findings into actionable change strategies for program leadership.
• Clarify roles, decision rights, and accountability across cross‑functional teams.
• Design governance or operating models to support scalable, repeatable change management.
• Present findings to senior stakeholders in a clear, solutions‑oriented manner.
• Collaborate with human factors and behavioral science to coordinate change strategy.
• Create tools and frameworks to make diagnosis and strategy development repeatable.
• Monitor indicators of organizational risk to inform interventions early.
• Build trusted relationships across leadership, technical, and change stakeholders.
• Navigate disagreements with diplomacy and a solutions focus.
• Adapt methods as stakeholder needs and program priorities evolve.
