Job summary

Inclusion-Cloud is seeking a Change Management Consultant to support the Office of the CIO's communications and CM unit. The role focuses on strategic communications, adoption of IT products, and engagement of stakeholders across projects.

The candidate will develop campaigns, coordinate events, and manage communications assets for internal and external audiences, including hybrid formats across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and implementing change management strategies.
• Ability to drive adoption through stakeholder engagement and communications.
• Experience coordinating internal/external events and trainings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic communications campaigns for IT initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine best communication tactics.
• Manage content for the website, emails, and other channels.
• Design and maintain SharePoint sites and visual assets.
• Coordinate internal/external events, Townhalls, and hybrid talks.
