Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in data analytics, audience insights, communications measurement, social intelligence, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead owned social performance reporting for SIE business priority content across PlayStation channels.
• Conduct social listening and sentiment analysis across audiences to understand real-time discussions.
• Define and refine key business metrics and reporting frameworks; build analytical models and predictive insights.
• Analyze large, complex datasets (social, sentiment, web, and communications) to uncover patterns and opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across units to deliver data-driven recommendations and solutions.
• Support recurring and ad-hoc reporting across social performance, sentiment, campaigns, and media coverage.
• Translate data into clear narratives for executive-ready summaries, dashboards, and reports.
• Explore AI-assisted workflows to improve reporting efficiency and insight development.
• Partner with PR, PlayStation Studios, Consumer Insights, Marketing, and analytics teams to support planning and learning.
• Stay attuned to gaming landscape and audience behavior to inform strategy.
