Responsibilities

• Conduct social listening and sentiment analysis across audiences and media.
• Define metrics and reporting frameworks, build models, and generate insights.
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver data-driven recommendations and solutions.
• Support recurring and ad hoc reporting across social and media metrics.
• Translate data into executive-ready narratives, dashboards, and reports.
• Explore AI-assisted workflows to improve reporting efficiency and quality.
• Partner with PR, studios, marketing, and global comms teams on planning and learning.
