Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field with 10+ years of analytics experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional analytics initiatives with autonomy.
• Proven ability to influence product strategy and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as analytics thought partner shaping product strategy and KPIs.
• Lead analytics strategy for complex product areas translating objectives into insights.
• Own measurement and experimentation strategy including A/B testing.
• Manage end-to-end analytics initiatives with complex data integration.
• Communicate findings to senior stakeholders with clear narratives.
• Mentor analysts and elevate analytical practices across teams.
