Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in data analytics, audience insights, communications measurement, social intelligence, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, or a related field preferred; advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead owned social performance reporting for PlayStation channels across content priorities.
• Conduct social listening and sentiment analysis across audiences in real time.
• Define and refine key metrics, build analytical models, and generate predictive insights.
• Analyze large datasets (social, sentiment, web, and communications) to uncover patterns and opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver data-driven recommendations and implement solutions.
• Support recurring and ad-hoc reporting across communications metrics and media coverage.
• Translate data into executive-ready narratives, dashboards, and reports.
• Explore AI-assisted workflows to improve reporting efficiency and insight development.
