Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of Excel or Tableau experience.

• Experience influencing stakeholders with recommendations.
• Experience producing executive-level written materials.

Responsibilities

• Own the measurement framework for internal comms channels and KPIs.
• Analyze content performance and employee feedback data.
• Analyze sentiment to identify information gaps.
• Write analytical narratives for Business Reviews and track trends.
• Advise regional teams on data-driven content strategy.
• Build AI-powered automation to reduce manual reporting burden.
• Create dashboards and data tools for non-technical stakeholders.
• Design and implement reporting solutions for business decisions.
• Access raw data feeds, build queries and visualizations.
• Partner with tech teams to improve employee engagement across Operations.
