Amazon is seeking a Principal Communications Business Partner to provide executive-level internal communications support for CS leadership. You will shape multi-year messaging, drive engagement, and influence senior leaders globally.

The role requires autonomy, strategic acumen, and a track record advising C-suite executives. You will partner with CS leaders to craft narratives, manage change, and deliver high-impact events while maintaining executive presence in demanding environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or a related field
• Experience working with, presenting to and influencing senior executives up to VP level
• 5+ years developing and executing communications strategies for VP-level or C-suite executives in large-scale organizations, including change management, organizational transformation, high-stakes messaging, and serving as a trusted advisor.
• 10+ years of professional experience in internal, corporate, strategic, or executive communications
• Proven ability to write, at an executive level, clear, compelling, strategically nuanced content across multiple formats
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills in a matrixed environment

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary trusted advisor and strategic internal communications partner to the VP, CS: designing and executing multi-year messaging strategies that drive organizational alignment, engagement, and transformation at scale.
• Act as a credible challenger who sharpens CS senior leadership’s communications approach and identifies reputational risks.
• Architect and execute strategic internal communications including announcements, change messaging, and employee engagement activations.
• Own end-to-end strategy and execution of CS senior leadership events, including Town Halls and site visits.
• Demonstrate executive presence and manage high-stakes scenarios with composure and influence
• Proactively anticipate review cycles, build workback plans, and maintain visibility into timelines and dependencies
