Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an experienced analyst to join the Business and Customer Analytics team. You will generate business insights and support analytics initiatives across the company.

You will partner with Finance, Data Science, Marketing and BI Engineers to identify reporting needs and implement analytical improvements for multiple teams, including mentoring junior analysts and presenting findings to leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business analyst or data analyst experience.
• Experience with Excel or Tableau for data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables.
• Experience with SQL and using data to draw business insights.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, data-driven insights to leadership and partner teams.
• Contribute to strategic discussions and generate business hypotheses.
• Own and drive analytics projects from definition to delivery across stakeholders.
• Collaborate with partners to identify gaps in reports and analytics.
