Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Commercialization Architect (Associate Director) in the United States to lead pricing, monetization and go-to-market framing for AI-native and services engagements. You will shape product and service monetization, define pricing models, and drive value-led proposals across audits, transformations and managed services.

You’ll partner with senior stakeholders to map value metrics, design modular offerings, and optimize discounts.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in professional services pricing/commercials, strategy consulting, or SaaS/product commercialization.
• Expert proficiency in financial modelling and pricing design.
• Knowledge of price-optimization techniques such as A/B testing, conjoint analysis, and price laddering.
• University/Bachelors’ degree or equivalent qualification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership of the product and service commercialization factory across Top End Audit, Transformations and Managed Services.
• Define, iterate and refine the price list for products/services including monetization models, metrics, price points and discounts.
• Build trust-based relationships with internal and client stakeholders to improve EY win rates and expand margins.
• Identify value and usage metrics and align pricing to client value and demand.
