Qualifications

• 12+ years of pricing/commercials experience in professional services or SaaS.
• Strong financial modelling and pricing design skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead product and service commercialization across EY's business models.
• Clarify ambiguity and identify monetization leverage points to grow margins.
• Align value, usage, and pricing metrics for client delivery.
• Decompose services into modular components for monetization maturity.
• Define price lists with terms, discounts and conditions.
• Build trust-based relationships to improve win rates and revenue.
