Qualifications

• 5+ years selling into multi-family or commercial construction
• Experience in detailed estimating, scheduling, and proposal development
• Knowledge of building materials and local codes
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Responsibilities

• Read and decipher plans and specifications.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for commercial projects.
• Create job takeoffs with quantities.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking and lead follow-up.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain CRM records of activities and opportunities.
• Collaborate with estimating and design teams on bids and proposals.
