Trueline is seeking a Professional Sales Representative - Residential to grow a Lincoln, NE territory with a relationship-driven approach. You will work with homeowners, builders, remodelers, and contractors to tailor cabinetry and interior product solutions, building ongoing partnerships and repeat business.

The role combines consultative selling, estimating, and project coordination, with base compensation and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in cabinetry or related residential interior products.
• Experience selling to homeowners, builders, remodelers, or contractors.
• Strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to develop new business and maintain repeat customers.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Develop new residential business throughout the Lincoln market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, builders, remodelers, contractors, designers, and referral partners.
• Guide customers through cabinetry, countertop, and related interior product options.
• Prepare accurate estimates, quotes, proposals, and product recommendations.
• Review residential plans and project requirements to ensure accurate pricing and scope.
• Consistently follow up on leads, open proposals, and active opportunities to drive sales.
• Build a healthy pipeline through referrals, networking, existing relationships, and proactive business development.
• Manage customer relationships throughout the sales and project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal design and operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale through project execution.
• Stay current on product offerings, residential design trends, competitors, and activity throughout the local market.
• Manage multiple customers, proposals, and projects while maintaining strong service and attention to detail.
