• Collaborate with Estimating and Operations to prepare proposals and recommendations.
• Follow up on proposals to secure new business.
• Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and project records.
• Communicate project scope and commitments to Operations after award.
• Serve as primary contact during the sales process and support the project team.
• Build long-term relationships with property managers and building owners.
• Participate in sales, production, and job-site meetings as needed.
• Meet sales and business development targets.
