Job summary

CommunityAmerica Federal Credit Union is seeking a Senior C&I Relationship Manager in Irvine, CA, to lead commercial and industrial lending initiatives. The role focuses on strategic relationship development with business members, managing risk, and driving new loan production while expanding existing relationships.

The candidate will analyze creditworthiness, coordinate with credit analysts, and work with treasury and retail teams to deliver comprehensive banking solutions to members.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years in Commercial Banking and sales.
• Experience with and strong knowledge of C&I Lending.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis and commercial lending structures.
• Bachelor's degree in business or finance. Significant direct experience or certifications may be considered in place of a college degree.
• Completion of Graduate School of Banking programs, RMA coursework specific to commercial lending, and/or other business lending programs is desirable.
• Credit analysis background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial production achievement for C&I lending and related product sales through referrals and business development.
• Build and manage a portfolio of commercial loans and relationships.
• Interpret and analyze creditworthiness and prepare credit memos for presentation.
• Conduct annual reviews of the loan portfolio to ensure safety and soundness.
• Research market conditions and risks related to industries in the portfolio and advise the Commercial Loan Committee.
• Collaborate with Treasury Sales and Retail Banking to fully service business members.
