Qualifications

• Proven track record of generating new commercial banking relationships and achieving business development goals.
• Strong knowledge of C&I lending, working capital facilities, equipment financing, acquisition financing, and owner-occupied commercial real estate lending.
• Ability to develop centers of influence and referral networks.
• Strong organizational, time-management skills, and leadership qualities.
• Must be a team player, self-starter, flexible, able to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Meets and exceeds monthly scorecard goals for loan and deposit production.
• Sourcing, developing, and closing new profitable commercial banking relationships in C&I areas.
• Develops and executes an annual business development plan with direct prospecting and referral partnerships.
• Promotes full banking relationships by cross-selling operating accounts, treasury management, online banking, and other products.
• Reviews and prepares loan documentation to ensure completeness, legality, and compliance.
• Maintains adherence to credit culture and underwriting standards while balancing growth with risk.
