• Advanced understanding of credit products, bank systems and commercial lending.
• Knowledge of applicable regulations and bank policies.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong organizational skills and time management with attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with personal computers and banking software.

Responsabilidades

• Handles day-to-day client calls, transactions, and problem resolution.
• Executes client transactions within delegated authority and escalates for RM approval as needed.
• Assists in obtaining information for loan applications and coordinates with vendors.
• Specializes in loan documentation and maintains accurate digital records.
• Prepares client meeting materials and ensures signatures and regulatory compliance.
• Submits complete documentation for loan approvals and funding processes.
• Keeps Director/Unity Client documentation up-to-date and accurate.
• Generates daily/weekly/monthly reports and reviews for accuracy and compliance.
• Supports relationship managers with validation of legal entities and collateral documents.
• Maintains knowledge of policy requirements and participates in required trainings.
