First Interstate Bank in Clive or Fort Dodge seeks a Commercial Banking Representative II to serve as the primary contact for commercial clients and support Relationship Managers with loan servicing. You will process transactions, gather loan documents, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Essential duties include handling client inquiries, preparing documents for meetings, and maintaining accurate loan and account records.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required with banking experience.
• Knowledge of credit products, policies and procedures is essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced banking environment with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Handle day-to-day client calls, transactions, and problem resolution with RM guidance.
• Process client transactions within delegated authority and escalate as needed.
• Gather documents for loan applications and liaise with outside vendors when applicable.
• Specialize in loan documentation and ensure accuracy in files and records.
• Prepare client account documents for RM meetings, ensuring proper signatures.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and up-to-date knowledge of policies.
