Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Business/Finance or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 6 years Commercial Banking experience, with sales preferred.
• Formalized commercial credit training or equivalent experience.
• Underwriting experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to build profitable client relationships and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop profitable new client relationships via centers of influence and referrals.
• Develop and implement a business plan to reach financial goals and qualitative measures.
• Collaborate with internal partners to deepen existing relationships and gain new ones.
• Attend industry events to broaden networks and knowledge of market trends.
• Partner with Treasury, Capital Markets, and Wealth teams to tailor client strategies.
• Meet clients regularly to ensure needs are met and opportunities pursued.
