• Develops and manages commercial loan accounts that meet lending requirements and maximize profitability with minimal risk.
• Collects information for loan evaluation, compiles packages, negotiates terms, and ensures timely closing and funding.
• Maintains credit quality and portfolio administration within policy guidelines, including collections.
• Supports risk management practices and regulatory training, ensuring compliance across the office.
