Mid Penn Bank is seeking a Commercial Relationship Manager to join our team in the Greater Philadelphia Metropolitan Area. This role focuses on developing and managing commercial loan relationships, cross-selling banking products, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

The position requires a BS/BA degree and 5–7 years of related experience, and is based in Bristol, PA with standard full-time hours. Ability to travel and a valid driver’s license are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field normally required.
• Five to seven years of related experience normally required.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain relationships to grow cross-selling opportunities.
• Utilize CRM to track sales activities and opportunities.
• Develop and manage commercial loan accounts.
• Ensure loan closing and funding aligns with policy.
• Maintain credit quality and portfolio administration.
• Support risk management and regulatory compliance.
